About Andronix

Andronix runs a full Linux distro, like Debian, Ubuntu or Fedora, on your Android phone or tablet, with a real desktop and no root. New here? Follow the four steps below, in order.

Andronix 2.0: free distros install with one command, with the latest versions (Debian 13, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, Fedora 44 and more), a choice of XFCE, LXQt, MATE or KDE Plasma, Firefox included, and a full-screen desktop with Termux:X11. See what's supported.
Using Andronix app 8.x or older? These docs are for app 10 (Andronix 2.0). The docs for the old app, with its installer, VNC setup and Andronix Commands, are under App 8.x (Classic), also in the version menu at the top of the sidebar. Or update to app 10 and follow the steps here. Had a Modded OS on the old app? See Upgrading from an older Modded OS.
