Account Deletion
How to delete your Andronix account, what gets deleted, and the purchase records we must keep (without your identity) for tax and legal reasons.
You can delete your Andronix account and its data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and the little we have to keep.
How to delete your account
In the app (Andronix 10.0 or newer): open your account and choose Delete account. For safety, the app asks you to sign in again first. Your data is deleted right away.

By email: if you can't use the app, email support@andronix.app from the address you signed up with. We delete your account and its data within 30 days of your request.

What we delete
- Your sign-in account (your email and login).
- Your profile, including saved commands and the Premium status from older versions of the app.
- Your entry on the supporter wall, if you had one.
- Your purchases as linked to your account: your Premium and Modded OS access, including access to the Classic Modded editions.
- Donation records linked to your account.
- Download counters we keep per account to apply the Modded download limits.
- Your verified Google Play purchase records as linked to your account.
- Your app analytics profile: it's queued for deletion from our self-hosted analytics database.
What we keep, and why
Tax and legal rules require us to keep a record of sales. For each order you made, we keep one purchase record:
- the order ID, the product, the purchase time, the price, currency and country;
- not your email, name or account ID. The record is linked only to a one-way code that can't be turned back into your account.
These records are deleted automatically after 8 years.
We also keep:
- Google Play purchase tokens, with your account ID replaced by the same one-way code. This stops a refunded or reused purchase from being claimed twice. If you make a new account later, you can restore a Google Play purchase to it by proving the purchase again (restoring purchases in the app).
- A note that a deletion happened, with the same one-way code and how many records were removed, so we can show the deletion was done.
What isn't linked to your account
- Installer telemetry (from the
andronixcommand) uses a random install ID, not your account, so there's nothing to delete. You can turn it off withandronix telemetry off. - The documentation site (this site) uses cookie-free analytics that don't identify you.
